Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Standard US shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $25. Orders under $25 are charged a flat shipping rate which is calculated at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at lasherybeauty@gmail.com within 7 days and we will make it right immediately. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
A: Absolutely — wholesale is a big part of what we do. We offer tiered wholesale pricing starting from a $100 minimum order with 20% off retail prices. Visit our Wholesale page or email lasherybeauty@gmail.com to apply for a wholesale account.
Q: Are your products safe for professional use?
A: Yes. All products in the Lashery Beauty store are selected for professional-grade quality and are used by lash technicians in salons worldwide. Our adhesives are formulated for professional application. Always follow correct application guidelines and conduct a patch test before use on new clients.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier website.
Q: I am a beginner — which products do I need to start?
A: We recommend starting with one of our Lash Starter Kits which include all the essential consumables for your first sessions. For training, our Training Mannequin Bundle is the perfect place to practice before working on a real client. Not sure what to choose? Message us and we will put together a personalised recommendation.
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: For retail customers there is no minimum order — buy as little or as much as you need. For wholesale customers our minimum order is $100. Some individual products do have their own minimum quantities as listed on the product page.
Q: How do I care for my lash extension supplies?
A: Store adhesives in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep glue bottles sealed when not in use and shake with a glue waker device before each session. Eye pads, tapes, and brushes should be stored in a clean, dust-free environment. If you have specific product care questions, feel free to message us.
