Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
US Domestic Shipping

● ✦ Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days): flat rate for orders under $25
● ✦ Expedited shipping (2 to 3 business days): available at checkout
● ✦ Express shipping (1 to 2 business days): available at checkout
International Shipping
● ✦ We ship worldwide
● ✦ International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
● ✦ Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
● ✦ International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your dispatch confirmation is sent.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at lasherybeauty@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately. We are committed to making sure every order reaches you.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Lashery Beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:
● ✦ The item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging
● ✦ The item is not a consumable (adhesives, eye pads, tapes, and brushes are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons)
● ✦ The item is not marked as a final sale product
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lasherybeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
How to Return

● ✦ We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
● ✦ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
● ✦ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost in full. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
● ✦ Opened adhesives, primers, and bonding products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
● ✦ Opened eye pads, tapes, and disposable applicators
● ✦ Customised or personalised items
● ✦ Final sale or clearance items
